WORLDWIDE SHIPPING POLICY OF KOREAN ESSENTIALS

All Korean Essentials products are dispatched from our Seoul office and will be delivered to you quick and safe. Items are delivered via standard airmail service ($9.99) and will arrive within 10-15 days from the day of your purchase. You will be informed promptly of any delay. If you wish to receive your item(s) quicker, you can select the Express delivery ($29.99), which will take 4-6 days to arrive.

We provide free shipping (standard airmail service only) to a single order exceeding $250.

We deliver our products worldwide.

- In an unlikely case, delivery can take longer than the period stated above when a delay occurs in customs.
- Any custom fees that occur additionally in your region must be paid by the recipient.
  Please contact your local customs office if there is any question related to customs charges.
- Non-tariff applies differently depending on the country and it is not included in price of the products or delivery fees.
  If custom tariff applies to product(s), the customs will contact the recipient and, subsequently, the product(s) can be collected once the tariff has been paid.

● REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Korean Essentials purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of item. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition in its original packaging it was received. The customer is responsible for all expenses (shipping and handling, insurance, customs, etc.) when returning the item.
Please be sure to include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and order number and return the package via insured Parcel Post to:

It may take up to 10-15 business days for your return to be received and inspected. The refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
